SSH configuration

Hi

    I am trying to use ssh to alter configurations on remote Linux boxes using Perl CGI scripts. How should the SSH server and clients be configured in order to allow access for the the Net-SSH module ?

Are there any example scripts available ?  Thanks for any help.
