• 5-6 DVD-ROM drives
• do some benchmarking to see what kind of CPU we need to encode 5-6 dvds in N hours "as quickly as possible... a few hours". dual-core athlon or core 2

Software

• ffmpeg/transcode to slow down audio/video, watermark and convert to .flv (flash video)

• slow down audio/video: Filter_Modfps
• watermark/logo: Filter_Logo
• convert to .flv (flash video): looks to be possible, more research required

• Email (if destination mailbox is huge enough) or upload somewhere & email a link (either is easy)
